New Ideas in EMC Instrumentation and Measurement

The purpose of this session is to bring new or improved instrumentation and measurement techniques to the attention of the world-wide community of EMC practitioners. It is broad of scope, including new EMC measurement instruments and equipment, new ways to use instrumentation to make better measurements, new measurement techniques, case studies or reports of measurements which have significance in on-going EMC measurement standardization, ways to avoid present measurement problems, and EMC instrumentation calibration issues. This scope included both emissions and immunity instrumentation and measurements. As might be expected, this broad scope could not be completely filled in a session of only eight papers. However, those included in this session do fulfill the purpose and much of the scope.
