Feast (Food Emergency Acquired Service Tracker)

The main idea of this project is to create a win-win situation i.e. reducing food waste while helping individuals or organizations access fresh and nutritious food. The motivation for doing it is because of the economic Savings. Reducing food waste can lead to cost savings for both businesses and individuals. This innovative project aims to create a user-friendly website that addresses the critical issue of food waste by connecting surplus food providers, such as restaurants, grocery stores, and event venues, with individuals and organizations in need of food assistance .The concept behind food waste reduction systems, such as apps and platforms, is to tackle the problem of food waste by connecting surplus food providers with individuals or organizations who can use that excess food. This project is a proactive response to the pressing issue of food waste in our community.
