E-Smart Health Card System

The growth of emerging markets depends on the healthcare industry. The level of service and simplicity of maintenance determine the effectiveness and dependability of the medical sector. Health records offer a thorough history of the patient, but the data they are related with are unstable and difficult to generate. For this reason, a full stack electronic health record (EHR) application is proposed that enables us to maintain patient health records using a digital card that is only used by the patient, the doctor, the front desk agent, and the authorised authorities. The card has a QR code that may be scanned by patients to read their medical records. With the use of a paperless system and cloud storage, this automates the upkeep of medical records. The card includes a general description of the patient's condition as well as his physical characteristics. The patient may easily carry the card everywhere they go because it is pocket-sized.
