This study critically analyzes enhanced accessibility, automated booking systems, personalized experiences, expanded global marketing reach, and improved information while also highlighting the downside in data privacy risks, over-tourism, tourism phobia, price competition, gentrification, sustainability issues, touristification and job replacement risk due to RAISA (Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & Service automation) exploitative use in HT Industry.
