A Novel Design Approach to Optimize Core-Loss of Power Transformer

This research article proposes a novel approach using novel design techniques to build an electrical transformer. This article focuses on optimizing process factors, including voltage, core material, and core area. Utility transformers are often defined throughout the design phase with the related losses. The core material and the applied voltage region across the core cross-section affect the deterioration of core loss. The model's effect of such variables impacting core loss is examined by running the model. A tiny percentage of the core and coil assembly tests are recreated using different testing techniques. This study aims to determine the best configuration for three control variables by analysing the core and coil assembly of 1MVA, 33/11KV, and 3-phase transformers.
