Evaluating Usability of a Digital Learning Website Using ISO/IEC 9126–4

Agensip Creative Agency is one of the creative industry start-ups that has launched the Agensip Class website. Agensip Class is a digital learning website for young people who are interested in learning about the creative sector. In the use of a website, user satisfaction is a factor that affects the effectiveness and efficiency when the website is used. This study aims to determine the usability level of the Agency Class website in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. In addition, this study was conducted using a Usability testing approach with 30 respondents and by using the Labyrinth Design tool. Based on the results of the evaluation that has been carried out, it can be seen that the calculation of the effectiveness of the website is in accordance with ISO/IEC 9126–4 which produces a value of 69.9%. Meanwhile, the final result of the degree of efficiency based on time-based efficiency calculations is 0.0171366833 a second. In addition, the findings of usability testing with the Maze Design tool resulted in a usability score of 64. Furthermore, for the grade scale this website is in grade C, namely good with a score of 75.6 which indicates that users are quite satisfied in using the website.
