Study on dynamic characteristics of load torque of motor control mechanism of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker

In this paper, based on the motion and dynamic coordination characteristics of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker and the motor control mechanism, the mathematical model of the insulating tie rod in the motor control mechanism is constructed in the process of breaking and closing. Secondly, the travel and pressure characteristics of the contact spring of the vacuum circuit breaker are given, and the composition of the load torque of the motor control mechanism is broken down and analyzed. At last, Adams software is used to simulate the motor turn-displacement curve and the motor load torque. Through the simulation analysis, the load torque of the drive motor is small in the Angle range of $-12^{\circ} \sim 72^{\circ}$ during the opening and closing movement. When the motor Angle is 104°, the load torque reaches the peak, which provides a theoretical basis for the future high voltage vacuum circuit breaker to consider the influence of load torque on the motor control mechanism.
