Level of Readiness and User Acceptance of E-Recruitment Applications: Systematic Literature Review

This study explores the readiness and acceptability of e-recruitment applications in an era of rapidly developing mobile technology, where they reflect the shift from conventional to digital methods of job searching. This research method involves examining accredited journals related to readiness to implement e-recruitment applications, with a focus on journals that have been published and that can combine personality and technology dimensions. This research focuses on best practices and challenges in application development, where the level of user readiness and acceptance of e-recruitment applications can be measured from the user and technology sides. The combination of these two points of view highlights the importance of applications in understanding the factors that influence technology readiness and acceptance, so that they can optimally meet user expectations.
