In the recent few years, the growth of Electrical vehicles has increased drastically at the global level, and at the same time, there are prominent opportunities in the field of range estimation of an Electric vehicle. In today’s era, the Electric Vehicle is in rapid growth as compared to ICE-powered Vehicles. The drawback of EVs is that they do not have a 100 percent accuracy when it comes to depicting the range which leads to inconvenience. One of the most significant problems faced by numerous users of electric vehicles is the accuracy of the range estimation on their EVs. Environmental factors affecting battery performance, especially in EVs with lead-acid batteries, aggravate this problem. Basically, it can be simplified as calculating the accurate range of an EV while considering external factors like road conditions and the change in the weight of the vehicle simultaneously. To improve range precision and give drivers the confidence to rely on more precise estimations for their electric travels, a thorough comprehension and analysis of these elements is necessary. These issues should be addressed to ease the shift to electric vehicles. The proposed study can be of utmost usefulness in increasing the efficiency of any vehicle to overcome the problem.
