Research on Multi-objective Parameter Optimization for Electromagnetic Structure of Rolling Stock Relay

During the parameter design stage of railway relays, the central values of design parameters are often determined with the goal of ensuring optimal output performance. These methods didn’t consider the theoretical ability of the design schemes to resist the dispersion of processing technology. It caused difficulty in ensuring product consistency and reliability during the manufacture of relays. This paper optimizes the structural parameters of the electromagnetic system of a certain type of rolling stock relay by using the idea of engineering robust design, and then improving the output characteristics and anti-interference ability of the product. While ensuring the key characteristics of the relay, it also improves its ability to resist process dispersion during the manufacture.
