Research on Ash Cleaning Technology Based on Thyristor Converter Valve TCU

In transmission lines, converter stations usually play the role of converting alternating current and direct current. The converter valve is the core equipment. In the case of long-term operation, the converter valve in the valve hall has serious dust accumulation, which may cause the occurrence of flashover and affect the stability of power supply in the power system. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out regular cleaning of the valve hall equipment. When cleaning the electrical equipment in the valve hall, it is usually necessary to carry out a power-off operation, which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, and affects the transmission efficiency. This paper proposes an efficient purge cleaning method, which greatly shortens the traditional cleaning method to two working days. It improves the efficiency of maintenance work and ensures the reliability of power supply.
