Comprehensive Evaluation of Distribution Networks from the Perspective of Green and Low Carbon

Led by the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, China is accelerating the construction of a green and low-carbon energy system. As a key hub linking energy production and consumption, the distribution network is a key area for carbon emission reduction and new energy consumption, but the research on the evaluation of distribution network proj ects from clean and low carbon perspective is still in its infancy. This paper adds green and low-carbon indicators and other new types of indicators on the basis of the traditional assessment indicators, establishes a comprehensive assessment system for distribution network projects in seven dimensions: power supply quality, network structure, operation level, operational efficiency, high efficiency adaptation, green development, and low-carbon level, and proposes a grading and scoring assessment method based on the combination of the AHP-CRITIC assignment of indicators. The proposed model and method are verified by examples to help quantitatively assess the construction effectiveness of distribution network projects and clarify the weak points of distribution network projects, so as to improve the comprehensive benefits of distribution network projects.
