Heating and Cooling Jacket for Military for Optimal Comfort

Military personnel operating in extreme environments experience significant thermal stress, impacting comfort and performance. This study presents a novel design for a temperature-controlled jacket aimed at enhancing soldier performance. The jacket utilizes a Peltier module for efficient heating and cooling, with heat sink cooler maximizing heat dissipation. A water pump ensures circulation of temperature-controlled water throughout the garment, maintaining optimal body temperature for the wearer. A 12V relay controls the system activation. This design has the potential to significantly improve soldier comfort and performance in harsh environments.
