Research on Wireless Communication System for Safe Operation Command of Offshore Wind Power Cable Construction Based on Artificial Intelligence

The research focus of this paper is to develop an advanced submarine cable operation communication support system, which is based on the integration of air, earth, and sea communication command technology architecture, aiming to achieve the safety control of submarine cable operation. The design of the system considers the complexity of the offshore operating environment, and effectively integrates maritime meteorological, hydrological, environmental monitoring and human vital signs monitoring data by constructing a multi-dimensional perception fusion communication command network. The use of wireless broadband AD hoc networks and multi-channel backhaul technologies, such as satellite and 5G networks, ensures the efficient aggregation and transmission of data. In addition, a portable integrated communication command device is developed, which integrates various communication technologies and heterogeneous networks to realize the integration of various communication means. Through this device, this paper establishes the air, earth and sea integrated communication command network and communication command platform, realizes the visual management and risk early warning of the whole process of submarine cable operation, enhances the collaborative command ability of operation, and thus significantly improves the safety and communication efficiency of submarine cable operation.
