Cost-effectiveness and sustainability analysis of a NZEB house

As climate change and the need for sustainable solutions continue to grow, the concept of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) is a key direction towards a greener and more energy efficient future. Our society is facing unprecedented challenges related to climate change and the depletion of natural resources. In this context, NZEB buildings are not just an option, but also an imperative necessity. With this study, it is intended to highlight the energy cost savings of a house built in NZEB concept compared to a house built in conventional concept and the cost-effectiveness by estimating the amortization of the additional investments.
