Future non-volatile memory for semiconductor industry

This work presents the applications of non-volatile memory (NVM) in various fields of technologies. The multiple threshold voltage of a quantum dot gate non-volatile memory (QDNVM) makes it a very important semiconductor device for various fields of studies. Various circuits like dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), image segmentation, variable crossover point comparator and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with QDNVM are discussed in this work. Conventional fabrication process and various applications of QDNVM stand out among other technologies as a potential circuit element in the future semiconductor and artificial intelligence (AI) worlds.
