High-Entropy Energy Modeling and Its Integration with the Microgrid of Intelligent Connected Trans-Portation System

The development of Internet of Things and triboelectric nano generator has brought attention to high-entropy energy sources scattered throughout trans-portation systems. These distributed high-entropy energy sources align with the energy needs of road infrastructure in intelligent connected system. This study employs the PDFormer model for traffic flow prediction, establishes coupled models for the airflow-driven and piezoelec-tric-driven high-entropy energy capture devices' output characteristics, and consider economic dispatch in mi-crogrid involving road-based high-entropy energy sources. Finally, through case analysis, we demonstrate the signifi-cant potential of high-entropy energy generation in the transportation sector. Through the incorporation of high-entropy energy sources into micro grid operations, daily costs decrease by 9.51%, and grid electricity purchasing costs decrease by 33.1 %, effectively enhancing operational efficiency while reducing reliance on the grid.
