TID Lot-To-Lot Variability of COTS Investigated in the Framework of the ESA CORHA Study

We present investigations on lot-to-lot variation in total ionizing dose (TID) radiation testing of three commercial devices (memory, operational amplifier, microcontroller) as part of the ESA CORHA study. The aim of the CORHA study is to investigate COTS components relevant for space industry in general as well as for nanosatellites and CubeSat applications in particular. The ESA CORHA study uses TID and SEE radiation test data as a basis for formulating an ad-hoc RHA approach for COTS components.
