Use of multiple technology sources for consumer application VLSI design

A common, technology-independent and easy-to-use design and layout system is presented. This CAD-system allows the implementation of different technologies from different semiconductor suppliers in a common manner. Thus, specific knowledge of detailed technology information is not necessary for the designer and layouter.<>
