The purpose of the study was to compare the duration of analgesia and the effectiveness of low-dose levobupivacaine and low-dose bupivacaine in combination with fentanyl for spinal anaesthesia during a caesarean section. Despite the levobupivacaine group's steadier trend, there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups' hemodynamic parameters. The study included 100 pregnant women who had caesarean sections. They were randomly divided into two groups, B and L, which each received 2 milliliters each of 0.5% levobupivacaine and 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine.
