Practical Proposals to Ensure the National Goals of the Russian Federation and the Implementation of Programs and Development Plans for 6 Years and a Forecast for 12 Years

An analysis of the features of the 6-year planning period including new ambitious goals set by the President of the Russian Federation showed that there are possible scenarios in which these goals may be unachievable in comparison with significant limitations of current practice. A Proposal is presented that can prevent this threat.
