A Novel CNN-based Approach for Pneumonia Detection using Keras and TensorFlow

Our research paper explores the application of deep learning in pneumonia detection, focusing on a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach implemented with Keras and TensorFlow frameworks. By analysing chest X-ray images, the proposed CNN model aims to automatically identify pneumonia indicators. Extensive experimentation on a substantial dataset demonstrates the effectiveness of the approach, achieving high accuracy and robust performance across various evaluation metrics. The model's ability to accurately distinguish pneumonia cases from normal cases underscores its potential as a valuable diagnostic tool for healthcare professionals. This study highlights the promising role of deep learning techniques in enhancing pneumonia diagnosis and healthcare outcomes.
