Machine Learning driven Personality Prediction System using the concept of CV Analysis

In contemporary corporate settings, a candidate's personality is as crucial as their skill set. Achieving success, whether in personal or professional realms, heavily relies on one's personality traits. Therefore, the recruiter needs to be aware of the candidate's personality. Given the exponential rise in job seekers and the decline in available employment, it is challenging to manually choose the most qualified applicant for a position just by glancing at their resume. This research analyses different machine learning algorithm such as logistic regression, decision tree, random forest, k nearest neighbor and naive Bayes for effectively predicting personality through CV (Curriculum Vitae) analysis. Big five personality model is used to analyzed the personality. The logistic regression approach outperformed other algorithms in terms of accuracy and precision, according to the results.
