Energy Saving Oriented Electricity Load Calculation of High-speed Train Group: A Distributed Computation Method

Electricity load calculation of high-speed train group is one critical step for traction power system design. The energy-saving oriented electricity load calculation of high-speed train group is time-consuming. A distributed computation framework is proposed to improve the computing efficiency of solution algorithm by splitting the train group into single trains and dividing the railway lines into various sections. The experiment results show that the computing efficiency has been improved by 80.9% and becomes more stable under distributed computation environment.
