Analysis and Improvement of the Causes of Poor Production and Issuance of Integrated Circuit Cards

Since the introduction of Integrated Circuit Cards in the full lifecycle management of power assets of State Grid of China, the level of asset management informatization has been significantly improved. With the gradual promotion of the application of domestically produced chips in the management of power grid equipment, there is a problem of low yield in the production and issuance of cards compared to foreign chip products of the same type, leading to an increase in product costs. This article takes the production and issuance process of Integrated Circuit Cards as the research object, and explores the reasons for poor production and issuance of cards by analyzing the root causes, namely: mismatched power issuance of cards and large differences in antenna line types of cards. Based on the actual situation in the production and issuance process of cards, practical and feasible optimization measures were proposed, and the most suitable production parameters and adjustment optimization plan were obtained. The precise value of the optimal issuance power of cards will be set to 17dBm, and the antenna line of cards will be unified. The relevant experience can be used as a reference for improving the production and issuance of Integrated Circuit Cards.
