A Walk-through Type Authentication System using Real-Time Gaze & Motion Detection

Traditional authentication methods often have some significant security risks such as accidentally leaves fingerprints or other biometric information which maybe lead to personal information leaking. To overcome these limitations, in this paper we developed a novel contactless authentication system which ability to authenticate users on the move, without requiring direct contact with any device. The system uses a grayscale projection algorithm to determine the user's movement status and uses an eye tracker device to capture line of sight information for color recognition. Experiments have proven that the system's accuracy has reached 60%. Although this accuracy may be lower than some traditional methods, considering the system's non-contact characteristics and adaptability to mobile states, this is already a very effective Prospective results. Overall, our findings bring new possibilities to the field of information security. This innovative contactless authentication system not only improves user experience and reduces security risks caused by physical contact, but also demonstrates the potential of mobile status for authentication. The research results have positive significance for improving authentication technology and improving information security.
