Research on Proactive Safety Pre-Control Device for High-Altitude Workers in Power Grid to Prevent Falling

High altitude operations have the characteristics of wide work scope, high risk factor, high difficulty of operation, and long duration. Due to the narrow working area at heights, it is easy for workers or tools to accidentally fall, resulting in safety accidents such as casualties and property damage. However, the traditional measures to ensure the safety of workers in high-altitude operations only use simple and single high-altitude safety equipment, which cannot provide real-time safety warning prompts for workers. In response to the current behavior of high-altitude workers not wearing safety belts correctly, this article adopts sensing technology, module technology, intelligent status monitoring, MCU microprocessor, voice module, safety facility module, and communication technology to design an active safety pre-control hardware device for aerial work safety. Developed a proactive safety pre-control device for high-altitude operations to ensure the personal safety of onsite workers.
