Design and Research of High-Speed Sampling System Based on ZYNQ

DCcurrent-limiting fuses play a crucial role in integrated electrical power systems for ships, rail transit, and new energy fields, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of DC power systems. With the increasing capacity and complexity of DC power systems, there are higher demands on the rapid and accurate determination of short circuit faults and the monitoring of critical device statuses within DC current-limiting fuses during operation. Therefore, enhancing the speed and accuracy of sampling data becomes a critical factor in designing DC current-limiting fuse measurement and control systems. In this paper, a high-speed sampling system based on ZYNQ is designed to achieve rapid and accurate sampling of voltage and current data in the system, providing data for the measurement and control system for further data processing. By integrating the dual-core ZYNQ chip with the high-throughput sampling chip AD7606, voltage and current are sampled at a speed of 200KSPS, ensuring rapid accuracy from a hardware perspective. The AD7606 driver code is designed using state machine principles. The internal communication between the PS and PL ends of ZYNQ is achieved through AXI bus design, ensuring rapid accuracy from a software perspective. This paper also introduces the construction of the system's software, hardware design, and simulation experiment platform. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the sampling system achieves fast high-precision multi-channel sampling and accurate data communication across both sides of the chip.
