In order to improve the manual method, this paper proposes an idea of developing a 66kV lightning wire lifting device. By analyzing the principle of the device, the composition and function of each part of the device are designed, and the 66kV lightning wire lifting device is successfully developed. With this device, one person can lift the 66kV lightning wire to the designated position, saving manpower and shortening the lifting time. In addition, this device is equipped with intelligent sensors, which can transmit the relevant data of the lifting to the mobile phone of the maintainer and the computer, realizing the intelligent feedback of the device, which has high value of popularization and application.
