Wireless Process Control For Monitoring Level and pH of Water

This project introduces an innovative o industrial process control using Programmabl Controllers (PLCs) - an mication. The primary goal is to create a system that can monior and manage various physical parameters in real-ime, thereby optimizing industrial processes. The andes data acquisition, interfacing with sensors such as float sensors for level measurement, pH sensors, and temperature sensors. It also controls digital outputs like pumps and buzzers based on predefined thresholds. When parameter deviations are detected, this information is wirelessly transmitted using Zigbee technology. On the receiving end, another Zigbee module is connected to a PIC microcontroller linked to a PLC. The PLC processes the incoming data and, based on pre-programmed logic, provides instructions to control the pump or activate the buzzer, thus regulating the industrial process. This setup enables real-time data transmission, allowing for rapid responses to parameter deviations. The wireless communication eliminates the need for extensive cabling, simplifying system expansion and reconfiguration. By integrating these technologies, the project aims to optimize industrial processes, enhance safety, and reduce operational costs. In conclusion, the project demonstrates the potential of wireless automation in industrial settings.
