Abstract:
The bottle washing machine is utilized across various industries for diverse purposes, facilitating efficient and rapid cleaning and purification of water jars to prevent water contamination. Water, being an essential resource, necessitates purification, and the water industry involves several processes such as water jar cleaning, water purification, bottle filling, and packaging. The objective of our project is to focus on the cleaning process of 20 -liter water jars. Employing the life cycle and cost method, we have implemented an optical setup. The project incorporates motors, pumps, Arduino, and motor drivers. Motors are employed to rotate the water jars throughout the process. Two pumps are utilized, with one delivering water solution and the other providing alkaline solution. The alkaline solution, a mixture of base solution and water, maintains a pH range between seven and eight. Arduino, functioning as an embedded system, oversees the entire process. The pumps are situated beneath a stainless steel frame to prevent rust formation. Additionally, electrical shock resistance is a crucial consideration in this project. The water cleaning process is completed in just 30 seconds, significantly reducing manual labor. Upon pressing the start button, the pump is activated, forcefully distributing water into the water jar. Within the jar, a brush is employed to remove any dust or contaminants. Following the process, the water is either collected or expelled through a pipe located underneath the bottle. The project does not entail complex Arduino programming; rather, it relies on simple programming for implementation.
