Automatic Weighing and Packing of Blended Spices

This proposed work outlines the design, development, and deployment of an Arduino-based automatic weighing and packing system tailored for blending spices. The proposed work addresses the need for efficiency and accuracy in spice blending operations by leveraging the versatility and affordability of Arduino microcontrollers. Through the integration of gear motors, and a user-friendly interface, the system enables precise measurement and packaging of diverse spice blends. The Arduino microcontroller facilitates real-time data processing and control, ensuring seamless operation and adaptability to varying production requirements. Experimental validation demonstrates the system’s capability to achieve consistent and reliable packaging while minimizing material wastage and human error. This innovative solution offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional industrial automation systems, making it accessible to small and medium-sized spice manufacturers.
