The Role of Work Motivation and Work Environment in Improving Job Satisfaction Based on DCNN and SVM Approach

Job satisfaction refers to an individual's overtly apparent emotional state towards their job, which can be positive or negative. An inspiration or drive to put in extra time at the office is known as a work motivation. There are three main things that keep people motivated at work: the need to succeed, the urge to belong, and the desire to have influence. This proposed aims to shed light on the ways in which lecturers' work environments influence their performance, both directly and indirectly, through indicators such as job satisfaction and motivation. The proposed procedure consists of three stages: preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training. Data preprocessing also makes use of test clustering and involves cleaning the data of punctuation, digits, and stop words. Feature extraction makes use of LDA to decipher the underlying structures of online evaluations of employees. Using the DCNN-SVM improved the accuracy of the model training process. The suggested method outperforms its competitors, which include CNN and SVM, with an accuracy rate of 97.54%.
