Experimental Study of the Possibilities of Ensuring the Accuracy of Robotic Marking of Workpieces of Complex Shapes

The work is devoted to an experimental study of options for implementing robotic marking of workpieces of complex shapes, in particular, to the issues of ensuring the required accuracy. An analysis of the features of marking technology has been carried out, basic information about the materials and marking methods used today is provided. The prospects for applying markings using robotic complexes instead of manual labor and the use of CNC machines are substantiated. Two experiments were carried out to test the possibility of ensuring the required accuracy of marking - one option using the built-in capabilities of the robot control system and the second option using an external measuring system. An experiment using the built-in capabilities of the robot control system showed that without additional tools it is impossible to ensure the required accuracy of marking. The second experiment showed that the use of a laser tracker as an external measuring system with correction of the robot's control program makes it possible to increase the accuracy of marking until the required results are achieved.
