A High Voltage Conversion Ratio Non-Isolated Coupled Inductor Based DC-DC Converter with Low Voltage Stress

In this article a high voltage gain ratio non-isolated step-up dc-dc converter based on coupled-inductor is propounded. The proposed topology consists of a coupled-inductor, one input inductor, and a single switch that causes a simple structure and easy control. Moreover, the showcased converter boasts several benefits including elevated voltage amplification, reduced voltage stress on both the switches and diodes, as well as capacitors. It also features a shared ground, uninterrupted input current, and minimal input current ripple, making it suitable for applications in renewable energy contexts. The theoretical steady-state analysis, operational modes, and comparison results are provided. Ultimately, experimental outcomes are conducted to verify the operational efficiency of the configuration using a 200W sample laboratory
