Building Equipment Data Processing System Based on BIM and Internet of Things Technology

This paper studies a data storage architecture based on the Internet of Things. It can efficiently store massive amounts of iot information and integrate it with structured and unstructured data. Transform the concrete view of 3D BIM into a 2D operating surface. Man-machine interaction and functional development on flat images. The system can complete the display and interaction of the model without loading the 3D model on the Web page. Thus, the performance requirements for equipment are reduced while the structure is lightweight. BIM is integrated with digital information to build a cloud computing platform of construction equipment information system to realize the interaction between BIM and equipment. Through the improvement of the original equipment management method, it has a good man-machine interaction function. This makes the operation efficiency and convenience of the enterprise. The practice proves that the method can complete the initialization of all resources required by the function in a few seconds on a common configuration device.
