Modeling and Numerical Simulation Analysis of Financial Risk Model Based on Stochastic Differential Equation

The purpose of this study is to build a financial risk model based on stochastic differential equation, so as to simulate and predict the financial risk of enterprises in uncertain economic environment more accurately. By integrating various uncertain factors, this paper successfully establishes a comprehensive financial risk model, and uses Monte Carlo simulation method to carry out numerical simulation and simulation experiments. After many simulation tests, the financial risk model shows excellent stability and reliability. The slight difference and high consistency of the simulation results fully verify the stability and accuracy of the model prediction results. In addition, from the statistical indicators of enterprise financial risk simulation data, all financial indicators of the enterprise in the simulation process are maintained at a stable level, and the fluctuations of all indicators are small, which further proves the stability of the model and the sound financial situation of the enterprise. The model has high accuracy in predicting the financial risks of enterprises and can provide more effective risk assessment tools for enterprises. This study not only provides scientific basis for enterprise risk management and decision-making, but also provides new ideas and methods for future research in the field of financial risk assessment.
