Construction of Business English Intelligent Dialogue System Based on Transformer Model

The purpose of this thesis is to build an Intelligent Dialogue System (IDS) of Business English based on Transformer model, and to conduct in-depth research and evaluation on it. Firstly, the basic principle and key technologies of Transformer model are introduced, including self-attention mechanism and position coding mechanism. Then, the design and implementation process of business English IDS is described in detail, including data preprocessing, model construction, training and tuning. In the process of model training, the superparameter is optimized to improve the performance and effect of the system. Then, the performance of the system under different model settings is compared and compared with the traditional model. The experimental results show that the business English IDS based on Transformer model is superior to the traditional model in accuracy, fluency and user experience. Finally, the limitations of the system and the future improvement direction are discussed, and the broad application prospect of business English IDS in the business field is prospected. On the whole, this paper provides an innovative solution for language exchange and communication in the business field, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
