Strategic Diagnostics of Business Processes of Enterprises using Information Technologies in the Context of Modern Challenges

Strategic diagnosis of business processes using information technologies allows enterprises to determine the effectiveness of business processes, improve existing or abandon inefficient business processes, increase the automation of enterprise management, develop strategies aimed at ensuring competitiveness in the face of modern challenges. This study presents a model for assessing the efficiency of business processes, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the key indicators of the enterprise, as well as to determine the level of their efficiency and individual components that can be used when making management decisions regarding the analysis, prevention and prevention of real and potential threats and risks. The model was tested at five transport enterprises, which confirms the significant advantages of the developed model.
