Analysis of the Influence of Socio-Economic Processes on the Formation of Human Capital in the Western Region of Ukraine using the Apparatus of Fuzzy Logic

This study is devoted to the analysis of the influence of socio-economic processes on the formation of human capital in the Western region of Ukraine. The work proposes a methodology and implements a vague hierarchical system for assessing the influence of socio-economic processes on the formation of human capital in the region. 17 indicators were used to reveal the complex nature of the interaction between various social factors, economic factors and the process of human capital formation in the region. The advantage of the proposed model based on fuzzy logic is that it makes possible to take into account various aspects of the complex conditions of the Western region of Ukraine more fully. This contributes to a deeper and more objective understanding of the researched processes and can stimulate the development of effective development strategies and programs.
