Research on Certificate Mode of Aerospace Standard Fasteners Production Process

As fasteners are widely used in aerospace models, their performance and quality directly affect the design and quality of aerospace models. With the continuous improvement in aerospace science and technology, aerospace products are developed on a large scale, have a long life, and offer high reliability. Exploring a more effective aerospace fastener quality control mode to further improve the reliability of fastener products is necessary because the use of more reliable and stable aerospace fasteners is important. This paper expounds on the significance of production process certification of China's aerospace standard fasteners, briefly introduces the concept and working principle of production process certification, introduces the main work content and implementation stage of the production process certification, and clarifies the mode and specific process of production process certification.
