Digital Quality Management Method for Space Launch Testing

Space launch tests are characterized by multiple test positions, complex equipment, and limited operational information regarding test quality. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a test process information method based on the concept of modularization of complex large systems. This approach leverages the information testing process, focusing on two key dimensions: post-operation and test process. Quality management is extended to include every parameter of the post-operation phase, all technical statuses, and each quality confirmation, aimed at identifying potential quality issues. Based on the information testing process, a digital quality control framework is established, thus forming a closed loop for quality management. This framework encompasses all processes, from the overall planning of quality management of a single task to the quality control and evaluation of the implementation process, resulting in continuous quality improvement. Statistical results demonstrate that the proposed digital quality management method enables precise, targeted quality control and enhances the overall quality control capabilities.
