Ship Total Lifecycle Integrated Support Data Management Software Based on 3D Virtual Drive

To enhance the scientific rigor of technical documentation, this study focuses on the analysis of logistic support analysis in the compilation of materials. A structured public database is created by amalgamating ship design data with functional requirement data. Conducted with a 280-type equipment on a specific ship type, this research utilizes the S1000D specification for Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) as a reference. It examines the organization, management, and publication processes of data modules within the IETM system. To begin with, the study constructs a standardized, unified, and consistent data management system by encapsulating technical data modules and simplifying program writing, applying this system to a data management platform. Utilizing three-dimensional visualization and hotspot navigation technology, it develops various technical manuals for ship decks and compartments. This enhances the readability of technical information and effectively addresses challenges such as the inefficiency of traditional paper-based information storage and maintenance. Furthermore, comprehensive support data spans the equipment's entire life cycle, supplying a technical foundation for the closed-loop interaction between support data and design improvements during the support phase.
