A Design of Bidirectional Reversible Filter

Filtration is the primary method of pollution control, and as hydraulic technology has advanced, more stringent standards for polluting control have been established. In order to determine the overall design of the two-way reversible filter, this paper studies the oil fluid filter. Two sliding single-way valves that were designed by the author are used to create a bridge circuit, which allows the fluid to flow in both positive and reverse directions in the same direction. The oil path structure is then used to provide double-directional filtration, failure early warning, and protection of oil path functions. The filter core design, which replaces and cleans the filter layer through the detachable end cover, is the main attraction. It is designed like a round table. Finally, the comparison of the new filter core and the traditional filter core highlighted the advantages of the circular filter core with strong flow capacity, large efficient filter area and high filtration accuracy, and noted that it is insufficient to provide requirements for further improvement.
