Mechanism Analysis and Research on the Occurrence of Faults in the Box Transformer and Inverter Integrated Unit of Photovoltaic Power Stations

This paper describes an event that the failure of the transformer/inverter integrated unit in a photovoltaic power station caused the protection action and caused the line switch to trip. Through the analysis of the accident site, the protection action and the disassembly of the faulty integrated machine, the correctness of the protection action behavior is verified, the cause and process of the accident are accurately analyzed, and the corresponding corrective measures are formulated. The targeted measures are formulated for the operation and maintenance of the same type of equipment in operation, and also provide guidance for the improved design and manufacture of the transformer/inverter integrated machine, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of similar accidents, provide guarantee for safe and stable operation of new energy equipment.
