Research on Automatic Assembly Technology for Initiating Explosive Device Based on Intelligent Control and Disposable Electronic Components

Initiating explosive device are a collective term for disposable electronic components and devices that contain gunpowder or explosives and undergo combustion or explosion upon external stimulation, in order to ignite gunpowder, detonate explosives, or perform mechanical work. To meet the automation requirements for loading and assembly of highly sensitive and low fluidity explosives. Research on intelligent control based micro precision positioning, precision control of charge, and automated assembly technology is conducted in this paper. We realize automatic loading and safe assembly of highly sensitive pyrotechnic agents, and automatic precision loading of low fluidity rate agents. A new intelligent control production system aimed at improving the automatic assembly process and product quality of initiating explosive device, ensuring the consistency of product performance and technical indicators, and shortening the product research and trial production cycle.
