Design of Remote Data Acquisition System for Oil Pusher Based on STM32

In this paper, remote data acquisition system of oil pusher based on STM32 is designed and researched. The system includes data acquisition module, data transmission module, data storage module and remote monitoring platform. The STM32 microcontroller collects the operating data of the oil pusher in real time, and transmits the data to the remote monitoring platform through 4G communication, which realizes the remote monitoring and management of the oil pusher. Through this system, the user can monitor the running state, parameter change and fault alarm information of the oil pusher in real time, and control and manage the oil pusher remotely. The data storage module uses the database management system to store and manage the collected data and provides the function of data query and analysis. The innovation of this paper lies in the adoption of 4G communication mode for data transmission, which provides high-speed, stable and secure remote data transmission capability. The application of this system has important practical significance, which can improve the operation efficiency and reliability of the oil pusher and reduce the consumption of human resources. In addition, through the user interface provided by the remote monitoring platform, users can easily access and control the oil pusher remotely, realizing the convenience of remote operation and management.
