Research on Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Technology of Power Equipment Based on Digital Twins

The operation status of power equipment (PE) is closely related to the stability and safety of the electrical power system (EPS). To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the new type of EPS mainly based on new energy, improve the defect warning ability of PE, it is urgent to transform the health management and operation mode of PE into digital and intelligent. At present, digital twin (DT) technology has been widely applied in the power grid, providing new ideas and methods to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper proposes a PE intelligent operation and maintenance system based on DT technology to address the problems of heavy workload, low efficiency, and poor accuracy in traditional equipment operation and maintenance work. Realize the real three-dimensional description of EPS, digital model and information fusion with EPS operation and maintenance, and apply it in EPS operation and maintenance management scenarios, providing managers with intelligent management services that are full perception, full space, and full service, thereby reducing operation and maintenance management costs and improving equipment operation and maintenance efficiency. Research has shown that DT technology can enhance the intelligence level of manufacturing and processing equipment, providing theoretical support for the future development of intelligent manufacturing.
