Identification of the Relationship Between the Criteria and Results of ERP Application with Human Capital Management Module and Enterprises Features

The study aims to analyze the motivations for implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and utilizing their individual functions, particularly the integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) module, within Polish companies. It examines key factors influencing the deployment of these systems, with a focus on enhancing recruitment processes, improving team management, and maximizing the utilization of employee skills and qualifications. The findings reveal that the most commonly used functions include employee development, performance appraisal, and team composition management. Additionally, the analysis highlights significant differences in the perceived effects of the HCM module implementation, which vary according to company size and industry. The survey also demonstrates the proactive efforts of Polish companies to integrate advanced HCM technologies, reflecting their operational contexts and industry characteristics.
