Fault Analysis and Optimization Design of Electronic Ignition System for Fuel Powered Vehicles

With the application and development of vehicle electronic control systems, the electromagnetic environment inside the vehicle is becoming increasingly complex, which affects the normal operation of the electronic control ignition system of fuel vehicles, and even causes stalling problems. This article focuses on the electromagnetic compatibility faults in the electronic control ignition system of fuel vehicles, analyzes the mechanism of disturbance sources and their sensitivity disturbance mechanism in the electronic control ignition system, and analyzes the fault problems generated by the ignition system by building a real vehicle testing platform. It proposes an optimization method to increase bypass capacitance, and finally proves the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed optimization method through simulation and experimental testing. The electromagnetic compatibility optimization design scheme proposed in this article solves the problem of stalling failure in the actual vehicle electronic control ignition system, saves economic costs, and has great engineering value. It also has certain reference value for solving electromagnetic compatibility engineering problems in other electrical systems of vehicles.
